The Mayfair Convention Centre is the best place in the eastern part of India, for exhibiting your products with demo instruments, discuss with prospective buyers, dissimate the knowledge about your products and educate the young and senior scholars, alike.
The Central Hall at Mayfair Convention Centre (shown below) would used for the Stalls, and Buffet Lunch, Dinners, and Tea/Coffee. This is equipped with contemporary decor with modern lighting arrangement, well decorated walls interspersed with modern paintings, carvings and artefacts.
Specifications: Area in Sq Ft : 7812 (37.2 m x 18.9 m); Ceiling Height : 13 ft; No. of Stall: 34 (3 x 3 sq meters)
Each stall would be provided with a table, 2 chairs and 5A power socket.

The stall area is in the first floor that has a service lift as well. But, any requirements for any big and unusual size equipment plan to bring to EMSI 2018 for demonstration, needed to be intimated to Prof. P. V. Satyam (president.emsi@gmail.com).
