Delegates can register for Pre-Conference Workshops or the Main Conference or Both.
Please note that Pre-Conference Workshops are only allowed for Ph.D. Scholars, Post-Doctoral Fellows, Young Faculties, Scientific / Technical Assistants & Doctors.
EMSI Life Members will be given more priority for the Pre-Conference Workshops.
Regular Delegates should be one of the authors in a paper to get registered for the Conference. Priority will be given to Life Members.
Your completed registration will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.
You are then required to submit your abstract and / or workshop preferences by logging in to the web site and uploading your abstracts.
You will get a confirmation regarding acceptance of your abstract and payment procedure.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY PAY FOR THE REGISTRATION ONLY AFTER YOUR ABSTRACT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.You will receive a Certificate of attendance via email after the completion of the Conference.
Registered delegates whose abstracts are accepted can participate and will be notified via e-mail regarding the registration payment.
Transaction ID must be sent to "chairman@emsi2018.com" with a copy to "emsi2018.convener@gmail.com"

(a) Students and Postdoctoral Fellows: Limited number of students/post doctoral fellows (who are Life Members of EMSI) would be considered for 50% registration fee waiver, travel assistance (3A train fare - shortest route) and accommodation expenses. To become life member of EMSI, please visit www.emsi.org.in.
Request for financial assistance should reach president.emsi@gmail.com before 15 April 2018 (with brief CV, Title and abstract of paper to be presented in EMSI 2018, reference letter from immediate supervisor or from thesis supervisor). Only email or online applications are accepted. Please visit website https://www.archive.emsi.org.in/emsi2018/ for updates such as "on-line application for financial assistance". The link would be available on or before 5th April 2018.
(b) Students from Abroad: Financial assistance for limited number of students from abroad would also be available. The assistance would be to accommodation in Guest houses (at the organizers cost), local transport, upto 50% registration fee waiver. Request for financial assistance should reach president.emsi@gmail.com before 15 April 2018 (with brief CV, Title and abstract of paper to be presented in EMSI 2018, reference letter from immediate supervisor or from thesis supervisor). (c) We are approaching various government and private agencies for funding students, postdocs and young faculty members. The above financial assistance is subjective to availability of funds. The financial assistance would be given to the "Presenting Author" only. The applicant needs to submit a letter (certified by the guide or immediate supervisor) confirming the non-availability of fund from the parent Institute.
(d) About 25 student/young faculty assistance are available for the selected candidates . For these people, registration fee, accommodation in guest house and train fare (sleeper class) would be paid by the EMSI. Please submit after getting information on selection (last date would be 1st June 2018)
