Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation of your registration can be requested before 1 month of commencement of EMSI 2018 conference i.e. before 18^th June 2018.
• The amount can be only refunded after the conference ends, i.e. after 21^st July 2018 in considerable cases.
• Taxes / convenience charges will be deducted (can not be refunded) from the registration amount.
• No cancellation / refund possible for the amount paid in foreign currency / foreign transfer.
• Decision taken by the organizing committee will be final on cancellation / refund procedure.
