For Students / Post-Doctoral Fellows: Three types of accommodation is planned for Students and Postdoctoral Fellows:

• Doordarshan Kendra Guest (NABM) hostel: Shared bath room for two guest rooms
  Tariff: 300/- per night per person
  Breakfast is extra about 50/- per day
  Distance from the conference venue: 3.2 KM
  Conveyance to and from Conference Venue provided at specified time.
  The reservation need to be confirmed in advance.
  Those who choose this accommodation need to pay the charges separately to the organizers besides the registration fee.

• Hostels: NISER and IIT Bhubaneswar
  These hostels have nominal charges ( 50 - 100 per day).
  Shared basis (two persons in one room) - as and when required.
  Distance from the conference venue: 30 KM from the conference venue
  Conveyance to and from Conference Venue provided at specified time.
  The reservation need to be confirmed in advance.
  Those who choose this accommodation may request for accommodation fee waiver (which is applicable for those who do not get the financial assistance from their own Institute)
• Hostels: ILS / IOP / IMMT - in Bhubaneswar
  These hostels have nominal charges ( 100 - 200 per day).
  Distance from the conference venue: 4 - 8 KM from the conference venue
  Conveyance to and from Conference Venue provided at specified time.
  The reservation need to be confirmed in advance.
  The participants need to pay the accommodation and food expenses (breakfast).
  

For Faculty / Scientific / Technical Staff members
The guest house accommodation at IOP,ILS etc is very limited (10 rooms).
Due to limited accommodation available, these will be booked on first come first basis.
The speakers also suggested to give option in other hotels as well.
